# Heivol

> Heivol is a Denmark-based holding company (CVR 43973932) building sustainable software products and offering hands-on consulting, on anti-enshittification principles: sustainable profitability, preserved product integrity, and long-term usefulness over short-term extraction. Founded by Nicholas Stephen Volante.

Heivol believes there is a natural limit to how profitable any product should be. When margins grow too large, the surplus either comes back to customers as lower prices or is reinvested into new products that deserve to exist. Every Heivol venture is designed to be genuinely valuable to its users first, profitable second, and never one at the expense of the other.
